Judge rules against homebuilders in suit over Williamson Co. fees

The Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and more than a half-dozen developers have lost a lawsuit they filed in 2017 against Williamson County concerning educational impact fees.

The Tennessean reports that a judge granted the county’s motion for summary judgment on Friday, dismissing the builders’ suit. The builders could appeal to the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
