St. Olaf plans to build 200 units of affordable housing on its downtown property

St. Olaf Catholic Church recently announced plans to develop its downtown surface parking lot and an eight-story building on the same block into nearly 200 units of affordable housing. The church is partnering with non-profit housing developer Aeon on the project, which won’t break ground for at least two years
