A South Tampa property that New York Yankees owner Hal Steinbrenner once sold at a loss is on the market, listed for sale at $2.1 million.
Steinbrenner bought the house at 5008 W. Leona St. in 2007 for $1.8 million and sold it in 2011 for $1.35 million. The current owners, Cesar Santiago and Vanessa Owens, paid $1.8 million for it in 2015.
The house is 3,564 square feet with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Paul DeSantis with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
