Two founders sell interests in one of Triad’s largest residential agencies

Two founding partners of Winston-Salem-based residential real estate firm Leonard Ryden Burr LLC have sold their portions of the business.

Brooke Burr and Michael Ryden sold their interests in the business to remaining founding partner Curtis Leonard and new partner Robert Gefaell. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Burr and Ryden will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operation of the firm, but will continue to be involved in client representation.
