Construction has begun on a $65 million, five-story, 390-unit contemporary urban residential community in Fort Worth, the largest project of its kind to be built in the Near Southside district.
The Cooper, located at 1001 West Rosedale Street just south of downtown, is slated for completion in August 2020. Multifamily development firm Lang Partners will lead the project.
