The number of homes and condominiums sold on Oahu dropped last month, compared to March a year ago, while the median price of a single-family home rose 3 percent, according to statistics from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
The median price of a single-family home on Oahu was $782,500 in March, compared to $760,000 in March 2018. Sales, however, dropped 9.5 percent last month to 276 homes sold, from 305 sold during the same month last year.
