William Reusing, former savings and loan president, dies at 78

William Reusing, a former president of Cincinnati Federal Savings and Loan who dedicated much of his life to community service, died April 4 of cancer. The former longtime Cincinnati resident, who lived in Charlottesville, Va., for the past 10 years, was 78.
