The very top of the luxury home market in Greater Cincinnati was not as robust in March when compared to the same month a year ago.
Eight of the top homes sold in March went for more than $1 million, down from 10 in March 2018. And the average sale price for the top 10 homes was more than $1.28 million, down 9.5 percent from a year ago when the average was more than $1.4 million.
